1. Dispatch schedule
We dispatch every day of the week. Orders placed before 12pm go out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm go out the following day.
Order confirmation is sent immediately after payment is received.
2. Delivery estimates
All orders are dispatched from Bangkok using domestic tracked shipping.

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No brand name, no product labels on the outside. Protective materials are used to maintain vial integrity during transit.
Please store your products correctly as soon as they arrive — keep freeze-dried vials in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
4. Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Parcels returned due to address errors may require a re-shipping fee.
5. Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with building reception, neighbours, or your local courier depot first.
If the parcel is genuinely missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will open an investigation with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on courier findings and may take a few days.
6. International orders
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and compliance with local laws in their country. Products are strictly for laboratory research use only.
7. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. We will sort it out quickly. See our Refunds & Returns page for full details.
