What is KLOW?
KLOW is a four-part research blend combining GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV in a single lyophilised vial, formulated to bring together the most widely studied recovery, repair, and tissue-remodeling peptides. Each 80mg vial contains 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg TB-500, 10mg BPC-157, and 10mg KPV. This combination makes KLOW one of the most comprehensive research blends available, covering skin, connective tissue, and anti-inflammatory pathways in a single reconstitution.
Blend Composition
Mechanism of Action
Each component of KLOW acts through a distinct but complementary pathway. GHK-Cu binds copper and drives collagen and elastin synthesis while supporting skin remodeling. TB-500, a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, promotes actin regulation, cell migration, and tissue regeneration. BPC-157, a stable gastric pentadecapeptide, supports angiogenesis and soft-tissue and tendon repair. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, contributes anti-inflammatory activity by modulating inflammatory signaling. Together they target overlapping repair and regeneration processes.
Research Applications
KLOW is studied across recovery, regeneration, and dermatological research contexts. These include soft-tissue and tendon repair models, skin remodeling and collagen synthesis, wound healing and angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory signaling through the KPV component, and gut and connective tissue research via BPC-157. The blend format allows researchers to study the combined effects of multiple repair peptides in a single administration rather than reconstituting each compound separately.
