Refunds & Returns

All products sold by Bangkok Peptide Center are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the nature of our products — lyophilised peptides that require controlled storage conditions — our returns policy is limited. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

1. Our general policy

Because peptide vials are sensitive research compounds that require specific storage conditions, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Once a vial leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that storage conditions have been maintained.

However, we take product quality seriously and will always resolve genuine issues fairly and promptly.

2. When we will issue a refund or replacement

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Your order was damaged in transit and arrived in an unusable condition
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order did not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe and cannot be located
  • The product has a verified quality or purity issue confirmed by our supplier

3. When we cannot issue a refund

We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • The product has been opened or used
  • Damage resulted from incorrect storage after delivery
  • The order was placed incorrectly — please double check before confirming
  • Delays caused by courier services outside our control
If you are unsure about a product before ordering, message us on WhatsApp first. We are happy to answer any questions before you commit.

4. How to raise an issue

If you have a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +66 84 273 8648. Please include:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging if relevant

We will respond within 24 hours and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Refund process

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or PromptPay
  • Crypto payments are refunded in the equivalent THB value at the time of refund

6. Replacements

In some cases we may offer a replacement product rather than a refund, particularly for damaged or incorrect items. Replacements are dispatched with the same same-day delivery service where available.
